All technological activities as a whole has consecuencies, therefore the manucfacturing a new technical object, or modifaying one existing object it is important to consider its contribution to society.

Technological and sustinable  developtment

Tecnological development can have negative consecuences for the enviroment. We tend to use non-reweable natural resourses and weath the Earth and causes changes in the ecosystems, even leading to the extintions of animals and plants spices or the air and water pollution. Others sustances increses the greenhouse effect such us CO ₂. We produce it when we burn anything.

Sustinable developtment tries to make the quality of live by technological advaces compatible with respect for enviroment, seeking ways to minimize the enviromental impact of technology.

Keys to  sustinable  developtment

The keys to achieving sustinable development are:

1. Energy efficency, that is energy saving, which prevens the waste of natural sources
2. The recyclig of waste
3. Research and promote renewable energies
4. The awareness of the population
5. The adoption of measures by administration and public authorities.

These measures can reward behaviors and attitudes that favour the enviroment. In a globalized economy, sustanible development must also be a global goal.

The efforts of a single state or a group of states wil achive limited results if enviromentat issues continue to be ignored elsewhere
